Job summary

Rakanda in Batu Caves is hiring a Shop Assistant to support the retail store manager in managing inventory and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Age between 18-36.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unpacking, and arranging newly delivered stocks.
• Assisting customers in finding the products they're looking for.
• Addressing customer complaints and inquiries.
• Labelling and arranging goods on the display shelves.
• Responsible for retail selling.
