Job summary

KK Group of Companies (Retail) seeks a Shop Assistant for KK SUPERMART KLIA 2, Gateway. You will support stock activities from delivery receiving to display, keep the outlet clean and customer-ready, and operate store equipment per procedures.

Applicants should have at least SPM or Diploma; degree holders welcome, with 1–3 years of retail experience. Own transport is required and shifts include nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma or equivalent; degree holders welcome.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Experience overseeing or guiding other retail staff is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support stock activities from delivery receiving to stock recording and returns.
• Ensure the outlet remains clean, orderly, and suitable for customers and employees.
• Operate store equipment and machinery following procedures.
• Monitor and safeguard company-owned equipment, facilities, merchandise and assets.
• Assist shoppers with their needs in a polite and professional manner.
• Follow procedures for accidents, emergencies, or other unexpected situations.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive public image and professional standards.
