KK Group of Companies (Retail) seeks a Shop Assistant for KK SUPERMART KLIA 2, Gateway. You will support stock activities from delivery receiving to display, keep the outlet clean and customer-ready, and operate store equipment per procedures.

Applicants should have at least SPM or Diploma; degree holders welcome, with 1–3 years of retail experience. Own transport is required and shifts include nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Shop Assistant (Full Time, KK SUPERMART KLIA 2, Gateway (GWY))

Support stock-related activities from delivery receiving and verification through storage, display arrangement, stock recording, and product returns.

Ensure the outlet remains clean, orderly, and suitable for customers and employees.

Operate the equipment and machinery provided at the store while following the required operating procedures.

Monitor and safeguard company-owned equipment, facilities, merchandise, and other assets.

Assist shoppers with their needs while maintaining a polite and professional approach.

Follow the appropriate procedures when dealing with accidents, emergencies, or other unexpected situations.

Contribute to maintaining a positive public image and professional standards of the company.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or an equivalent qualification. Degree holders are welcome.


• 1–3 years of relevant retail experience is preferred.


• Experience overseeing or guiding other retail staff would be an advantage.

KEY COMPETENCIES
