Phillip Capital Group in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Executive, Retail Business to support the Head of Securities Dealing in driving branch performance and retail growth. You will monitor performance, implement efficiency measures, and oversee reporting and communications across the network.

The role involves data analysis, market initiatives, and collaboration with sales staff to hit financial targets. SIDC modules and licensing will be pursued within three months.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch performance by establishing reporting systems.
• Drive strategies to grow the retail business and acquire new clients.
• Oversee overall P&L of branches with Head of Securities Dealing, Retail Business.
• Review remisier/dealer productivity and provide quarterly assessments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and minutes of meetings.
• Organize investment talks, roadshows, and marketing activities.
