Job summary

Phillip Capital Group in Malaysia seeks a Capital Market Dealer to manage daily branch operations, drive revenues, margins and trading volumes in derivatives and securities. You will acquire new clients, expand trading activity, follow up on leads, and support marketing activities including seminars and roadshows.

The role requires a degree or higher, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a client-centric approach, and completion of SIDC Module 17/18 with FBR licensing.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in any discipline.
• Sales and digital marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Client-centric approach while adhering to industry regulations.
• Self-motivated and able to multitask efficiently.
• Pass SIDC Module 17 & 18 and maintain FBR license.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day branch management to improve efficiency and revenue targets.
• Drive business development and grow client trading activity.
• Follow up leads from marketing, seminars and referrals to convert to clients.
• Coordinate marketing activities including road shows and seminars.
• Support dealing, operation and channels; execute client orders and confirm trades.
• Maintain client databases and build relationships with customers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports; conduct market research and surveys.
