Job summary

Phillip Capital Group is a leading financial institution with a global footprint. We seek a Settlement Executive, Stockbroking Operations to manage daily financial settlements, payments, and reconciliations across Bursa Clearing and client accounts.

You will support system enhancements and ensure compliance with policies. The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, detail orientation, and strong communication skills to coordinate with dealers, branches, and support teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day finance operations including remittance payment processing and daily settlement with Bursa Clearing.
• Attend to queries from dealer representatives, business support and clients.
• Support branches on compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements and on daily operations queries.
• Participate in system and process enhancements, including user requirements gathering and UAT.
• Prepare memos, approval papers, and related documentation to facilitate decision-making and project execution.
• Perform all institutional client payments on a timely basis.
• Perform payment/receipting to/from Bursa Clearing on time.
• Check the Equity Margin System daily and take required actions.
• Maintain cash flow for respective bank accounts and reconcile broker/client ledgers.
• Create debit/credit notes and write-off journal items; update daily/monthly accounting entries.
• Prepare remisier withdrawals and Remisier Commission on a monthly basis.
• Keep all daily reports up-to-date and prepare periodical reporting.
