RPG Commerce in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Retail Sales Supervisor to help oversee daily store operations, support the Store Manager in driving sales, and ensure top-tier customer service.

You will coordinate the team, manage inventory, assist in promotions, train junior staff, maintain store standards, and handle cash with accuracy. The role requires a 6-day work week, EPF/SOCSO/EIS, travel allowance, medical claims for confirmed employees, and on-the-job training.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in a retail supervisory role or relevant retail experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Tamil proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to support sales targets and promotions.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Experience with POS, card terminals, and cash handling.
