Recruitify_HR in Kuala Lumpur seeks a retail operations coordinator to oversee stock, staff and sales initiatives. You will coordinate counter stock takes, consolidate stock, and plan monthly promotional itineraries to support store performance.

You will liaise with customers and dealers, handle staffing needs such as interviews and appraisals, train sales consultants, and lead a team to boost sales and efficiency while maintaining strong relationships with the customer and dealer network.

Aufgaben

• Participate in counter stock takes when deemed necessary.
• Consolidate stock as required.
• Arrange monthly and promotional itineraries.
• Submit documents for stock return, delivery, work permit, letter.
• Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, and providing training for sales consultants to be on duty to be follow up if / when assistant retail not on duty.
• Maintain and create a good relationship among the customers, dealers and all XIXILI’s team.
• Planning and forecasting on sales and promotion to meet the sales budget.
• Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
