Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused Sales/Retail Assistant to join our team in Malaysia. Open to fresh graduates, the role requires a minimum SPM and at least 1 year of sales experience, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication. Mandarin or other dialects are a plus, and immediate joiners are welcomed.

You will promote broadband, mobile, TV, and digital solutions, provide product demonstrations, and handle daily store operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• SPM with at least 1 year of working experience in Sales/Retail or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other dialects are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products and services to customers.
• Recommend suitable broadband, mobile, TV, and digital solutions based on customers' needs.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and provide product demonstrations.
• Assist customers with enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
• Promote and educate customers on Unifi Self-Care Apps and digital services.
• Handle daily store operations including cash handling, inventory, and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain a positive customer experience.
