Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a training/retail associate in Malaysia. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and you will conduct training for consumers, attend shopper inquiries, and present benefits.

You will actively promote accessories to complement core products and participate in store briefings to share product knowledge. Excellent verbal communication and basic Microsoft Office skills are required, with prior experience in related industries considered a plus.

Qualifications

• At least SPM certification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in other related industries are welcome.
• Excellence verbal communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide / conduct training to consumers (pre/post purchase).
• Attend to shopper enquiries and provide benefit sales presentation.
• Actively promote accessories range of product to complement the primary product.
• Participate or initiative store briefing to provide product knowledge or sales talk recap.
• Complete weekly consumer training report with key activities and training numbers.
• Radiate positive energy and communicate professionally as well as maintaining effective communication.
• Support Master Trainer, Store Manager and peers in driving towards Company’s objective.
