Devialet is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for its Flagship Store in Kuala Lumpur to deliver premium customer service and drive sales. You will be the face of the brand, sharing product knowledge and connecting with customers who value innovation, design, and superior sound.

You will build relationships through clienteling, maintain store presentation, and collaborate with marketing to hit KPIs. English proficiency and retail experience are required, with shifts including weekends and public

• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and communicate the unique features of audio technology.
• Drive sales performance by identifying customer needs and providing sound recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through follow-up and clienteling.
• Support stock management, replenishment and inventory checks.
• Handle customer queries, after-sales support professionally.
• Collaborate with the retail and marketing teams to achieve sales and store KPIs.
• Stay updated on brand news, product launches and competitor activity.

Requirement:

1. Possess at least a SPM/ STPM /Diploma or equivalent.
2. Comfortable with retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
