Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad is seeking a retail team member in Batu Pahat to greet customers, promote products, and maintain store presentation. You will handle stock, assist as a cashier when needed, and help ensure a clean and organized shopping environment.

Applicants should be able to work in a fast-paced setting, stay flexible for weekends/holidays, and have a positive, customer-focused attitude. SPM or higher is preferred with prior retail experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at Batu Pahat, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Promote products, provide product knowledge, and upsell to meet sales targets.
• Assist in unloading, organizing, and handling goods during stock arrivals and placement.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and restock as needed.
• Ensure products are labeled and displayed at eye level.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.
• Assist in arranging product displays and store promotions.
• Act as a replacement cashier when needed.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing; dispose of trash and keep aisles and storerooms neat.
