Job summary

Eco-Shop is seeking a retail team member in Selangor to greet customers, promote products, and maintain an inviting store environment. You will assist with stock, displays, and cashier duties when needed, ensuring high standards of service and organization.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays, physical stamina, and a customer-centric attitude. Seksyen 8, Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya is the primary work location; incentives and career progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at Seksyen 8, Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Promote products, provide product knowledge, and upsell to meet sales targets.
• Assist in unloading, organizing, and handling goods during stock arrivals and placement.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and restock products as needed.
• Ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed at eye level.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.
• Assist in arranging product displays and store promotions.
• Act as a replacement cashier when needed.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing; dispose of trash and keep aisles storerooms neat.
