Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a retail sales associate in Penang to deliver exceptional customer service and premium shopping experiences. You will recommend products based on client needs and styling preferences while maintaining strong product knowledge and a polished store environment.

The role focuses on achieving personal sales targets, supporting store performance, and ensuring accurate stock, merchandising, and smooth POS transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or above.
• Retail experience (luxury / jewelry industry preferred).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Passion for luxury products and styling.
• Multilingual is an advantage.
• Comfortable working retail hours (44 hours/week + OT).

Additional Info:

Must have clienteling experience

Uniform provided (except shoes)

Working Hours:

2–3 full shifts/week (9:30am – 10:00pm)

Morning shift: 9 hours (1 hour break)

Afternoon shift: 9 hours (1 hour break)

2 off days per week

OT after 44 hours/week

Salary& Benefits:

RM2,500 – RM3,200 (Basic) + Commission

Personal + store commission (approx. 40% of total package)

2 times yearly bonus (Pre-CNY & Mid-year)
