ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) is seeking a customer-focused associate for our Kajang store. You will greet customers, promote products, upsell, and help with stock arrivals while maintaining an inviting, clean shopping environment.

Responsibilities include cashier relief, stock organization, inventory checks, and ensuring displays are eye-catching. Flexibility for retail hours and weekends is required to support sales targets.

Formación

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Promote products, provide product knowledge, and upsell to meet sales targets.
• Assist in unloading, organizing, and handling goods during stock arrivals and placement.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and restock products as needed.
• Ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed at eye level.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.
• Assist in arranging product displays and store promotions.
• Act as a replacement cashier when needed.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, dispose of trash, and keep aisles and storerooms neatly arranged.
