ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) seeks a friendly retail associate to greet customers, promote products, and upsell to achieve sales targets in Senai, Johor. You will unload and stock goods, maintain attractive displays, and assist as a cashier when needed.

Formación

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at Senai, Johor.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Promote products, provide product knowledge, and upsell to meet sales targets.
• Assist in unloading, organizing, and handling goods during stock arrivals and placement.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and restock as needed.
• Ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed at eye level.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies.
• Assist in arranging product displays and store promotions.
• Act as a replacement cashier when needed.
• Keep the store clean, organized and visually appealing; dispose of trash and keep aisles and storerooms neat.
