SMARTEDGE TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. is seeking a Retail Store Assistant at IOI Mall Damansara to engage customers and provide professional product consultation to drive sales.

You will help maintain merchandising, support daily store operations, and strive to achieve store KPIs while delivering service excellence.

Candidates with SPM/STPM or higher and good English and Bahasa Malaysia are welcomed; shifts, weekends, and public holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and sales skills.
• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• SPM / STPM or higher education background.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide professional product consultation to drive sales conversion.
• Achieve individual and store sales KPIs, including conversion rate and average transaction value.
• Execute promotional activities and deliver consistent service excellence.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, stock accuracy, and store housekeeping.
• Support daily store operations in compliance with company SOPs.
