Job summary

NX HOLDINGS BERHAD is seeking a shop retail assistant in Kuala Lumpur. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, explain products clearly, and recommend suitable items to meet sales targets.

You will handle payments, maintain daily sales records, manage stock levels, receive deliveries, and ensure the shop remains clean and presentable. Shifts follow a roster with evening and weekend hours.

Working arrangements

Shifts according to the duty roster.

Shop operating hours: Tuesday-Friday, 6 pm-2 am; Saturday-Sunday, 6 pm-4 am. Closing times are the following morning.

Monday is the weekly off day.

Scheduled rest breaks and overtime pay where applicable.
