Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is hiring a Retail Sales Assistant to deliver friendly service, promote products, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs. You will participate in daily opening/closing, assist with stock, and maintain attractive demo displays.

Fresh graduates are welcome; strong communication and customer service are essential, and willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required. Location: Lotus Seremban Jaya.

Responsibilities

• Have knowledge and be passionate about the products/services offered
• Achieve personal sales target and contribute to the achievement of the outlet target
• Provide positive customer experience by addressing customer enquiries, and recommending potential products and services depending on their needs
• Support the implementation of appropriate customer service channels and solutions for managing customers’ concerns
• Effectively execute any outlet promotions to increase sales revenue and customer experience
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
• Prepare sales and service reports for the outlet as required by the outlet manager
• Participate, prepare and carry out daily opening/closing as well as stock take according to SOPs as required
• Participate in ad-hoc roadshows and events to ensure successful sell-out target achievement
• Ensure cleanliness of the outlet and maintain proper display of the retail fixtures and demo units
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
