Job summary

SBC TECH MARKETING SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a motivated team member to assist customers with product enquiries and sales support. You will reply to inquiries via WhatsApp and phone, prepare invoices and quotations, and help daily retail operations.

• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide good customer service.
• Assist with daily retail and sales operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
