Job summary

Talent Recruit seeks an experienced Retail Manager for a Wellness Tech direct selling environment in Puchong. You will lead store operations, optimize inventory, and drive sales targets while coordinating roadshows and events with mall management.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in retail management, and strong English/Mandarin communication. Travel readiness is a plus and experience in merchandising and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• At least 5 years' experience as Retail Manager.
• Preferably from retail industry.
• Strong understanding of retail operations including sales, inventory, merchandising, staff management and customer service.
• Willing to travel.
• Good communication in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations.
• Train and supervise staff to meet standards.
• Set and achieve store sales targets.
• Manage inventory and stock optimization.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Plan and optimize store layout and promotions.
• Coordinate roadshows/exhibitions with mall management.
• Develop roadshow plans, budgets and resource needs.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage event budgets.
• Oversee on-site event operations.
