Job summary

Luckycup Coffee (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Application Support & Implementation Engineer to support and improve our retail systems in Malaysia. You will bridge outlets, local business teams and China-based product teams, handling issues, configurations, and user training.

The role covers application support, system implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements. Experience with POS, retail, or F&B systems is highly valued and travel to outlets is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, IS, Software Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years in application support, system implementation, IT operations or retail systems.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of highly relevant hands-on experience may be considered.
• Experience with POS, retail, F&B, franchise, payment, ordering or store management systems preferred.
• Able to diagnose issues independently and coordinate with teams until resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site support for store systems including POS and ordering systems.
• Receive, assess and prioritise incidents raised by outlets or internal teams.
• Troubleshoot application, device, data and connectivity issues; reproduce problems with logs and steps.
• Escalate complex issues to product, development or external vendors.
• Coordinate system testing, UAT, go-live activities and post-launch support.
• Identify risks and follow up with teams to ensure on-time delivery.
