Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Retail Operations Support Associate to streamline monthly/yearly sales reporting, stock-taking and inventory management. You will handle memo postings and assist with ad hoc retail operations and administration duties to back the team.

You will initiate and follow up on projects, liaise with internal departments on operations matters, and ensure timelines and budgets are met while supporting ongoing retail initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in retail operations support.
• Must be computer savvy and fluent in English; multilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/yearly sales and operations report.
• Memo posting, stock-taking and inventory management.
• Assist with any other ad hoc retail operation and administration duties.
• Initiate, complete and follow up on projects to support the team.
• Liaise with inter-departments for ops matters (Payroll, sales closing, etc.).
