Jora Malaysia is seeking an Operations Liaison to conduct regular, scheduled, and unannounced store visits across outlets, assessing operations and adherence to SOPs. You will report issues, document findings, and support corrective actions with store managers.

Store Audits & Field Visits: Conduct regular, scheduled, and unannounced visits to various outlets to evaluate overall store operations.
Standards & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, visual merchandising guidelines, hygiene/cleanliness standards, product quality, and customer service protocols.
Issue Reporting & Analysis: Identify, document, and report operational issues, non-compliance, or service bottlenecks, submitting detailed field audit reports.
Corrective Action & Follow-up: Work closely with store managers to establish improvement action plans and track the progress of issue resolution until fully resolved.
Operational Efficiency: Assist in streamlining day-to-day store processes to boost overall productivity and elevate the end-to-end customer experience.
Campaign & Project Support: Provide hands‑on operational support for marketing promotions, store events, seasonal launches, and new store openings.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, store auditing, or store management within the retail/F&B sector.
Eye for Detail: Exceptional observational skills with a keen eye for cleanliness, display standards, and service quality.
Communication & Influence: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of providing constructive feedback and driving compliance professionally.
Problem-Solving: Proven track record in following up on issues and driving accountability to close operational gaps.
Mobility & Flexibility: Able and willing to travel frequently between outlets (a valid driver’s license and own transport preferred, if applicable).
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace for drafting clear, structured operational reports.
High Mobility & Willingness to Travel: Must be willing and comfortable with frequent regional travel (interstate travel/outstation) to cover outlets across North, Central, and South regions.
Possess Own Transport: Must possess a valid driving license (Class D) and own personal transport for field visits. (Toll, Petrol, Accommodation Allowance provided)
Adaptability & Independence: Highly self‑motivated and capable of working independently on the road with minimal direct supervision.
