Job summary

Harvey Norman Malaysia is seeking a Marketing & E‑commerce Coordinator to support bedding product promotions and omnichannel initiatives. You will collaborate with marketing on campaigns, plan roadshows, and coordinate across departments to ensure seamless integration between online and brick‑and‑mortar sales.

Responsibilities include price ticketing, stock management, and supporting aging inventory clearance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in Marketing, E‑commerce, Retail Operations, or related field.
• Proficient in Malay, English, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing to implement promotional strategies for bedding products.
• Plan and coordinate roadshow events across locations, including logistics and staffing.
• Coordinate with E‑commerce team to align online and in‑store operations and promos.
• Create standard price tickets for bedding products and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Marketing & E‑commerce to promote campaigns and manage stock, including aging inventory clearance.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
