Job summary

Harvey Norman Malaysia is seeking a marketing professional to assist in developing advertising concepts, plan and execute events, and manage both ATL and BTL campaigns across the network. You will support PR management, handle media inquiries, write speeches and press releases, and coordinate with in-house designers, merchandising teams, and mall partners to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials.

Candidates should hold a university degree in Business, Marketing or Mass Communications,

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Mass Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years relevant marketing experience.
• Able to write and communicate in fluent English with good proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of advertising concepts and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate promotional ideas.
• Assist in PR management, media enquiries, writing speeches and press releases.
• Plan and execute events.
• Manage ATL and BTL advertising production and execution, and ensure all collaterals are delivered to all stores as per deadlines.
• Ensure timely and clear execution instructions are briefed to the stores and relevant stakeholders for all promotional/marketing matters.
• Work with in-house designers and merchandising teams for advertising and marketing matters.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and industry best practices.
• Prepare reports including post campaign reports.
• Manage marketing operations matters including liaising with mall managements, joint promotion partners, suppliers etc.
