Qualifikationen

• Manage sales and operation functions across multiple counters in Malaysia.

• Lead and motivate retail staff; recruit, train, and schedule.
• Monitor stock, merchandising standards, and counter maintenance.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute floor activities and brand objectives.
• Ensure smooth counter POS and inventory controls; manage travel as needed.
