Job summary

MR D.I.Y. is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to coordinate daily RTM operations, maintain master data and reports, and support store setup, relocation, renovation, and closure activities.

You will work with multiple departments including IT, HR, Finance and Marketing to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's in a related field, with 1–2 years in administrative or retail operations, and strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or retail operations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in retail operations, Lark or ERP/POS systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily RTM administrative operations.
• Maintain and update master data, reports, and operational records.
• Support store setup, relocation, renovation, and closure activities.
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, BD, Marketing, and other departments.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Maintain SOPs, documentation, and internal processes.
• Support system administration and project implementation.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
