Job summary

MR.DIY Group (M) Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to support daily RTM operations, maintain master data, and prepare reports and dashboards.

You will collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, BD, Marketing and other departments to ensure smooth store setups, relocations, renovations and closures, while maintaining SOPs and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of administrative or retail operations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in retail operations, Lark or ERP/POS systems is an advantage.
