Job summary

MR D.I.Y. is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative/Data Entry Assistant to support multiple stores. You will compile Excel files, manage data in the system, and respond to messages via Google Chat.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Based in Malaysia, the position involves recording ARN details in Excel and handling ad-hoc tasks to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in administrative, data entry, or operations support roles; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with good data management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and compile MS Excel files from all assigned Stores.
• Follow up the tasks and reply to all messages using Google Chat.
• Perform Data Entry into the system, managing Data Quality and Accuracy.
• Record store-provided ARN details in MS Excel for proper documentation.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
