Job summary

Malt Monkey Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a versatile store and field sales associate to drive daily operations and grow our local network of restaurants, cafes, and corporate clients.

You will manage POS, cash handling, site visits, and craft content for social media campaigns while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service. This role requires 1–3 years in retail or similar sectors, good communication, and basic digital marketing skills; own transport is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in retail, sales, hospitality or FMCG/beverage.
• Own transport for site visits.
• Strong communication and cash handling abilities.
• Basic digital marketing and social media skills.

Responsibilities

• Store operations: opening/closing, POS, cash handling, and customer service.
• Field sales: visit local restaurants, cafes, bars, and corporate clients for bulk orders.
• Social media & marketing: create content and manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
• Inventory & compliance: stock replenishment, counts, and ID verification rules.

• Store Operations: Handle daily store opening/closing, POS transactions, cash handling, and customer service.
• Field Sales: Conduct site visits and pitch product portfolios to local restaurants, cafes, bars, and corporate clients for bulk/wholesale orders.
• Social Media & Marketing: Create engaging content (photos/videos of products/promotions) and manage active social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Inventory & Compliance: Manage stock replenishment, conduct stock counts, and strictly enforce ID verification laws and liquor licensing rules.
