• Lead, coach, and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets
• Drive and manage overall sales performance across retail (indoor) and online channels
• Set, monitor, and track sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management
• Plan and execute sales programs, campaigns, or projects to drive revenue growth
• Work closely with store leaders to improve sales execution, conversion, and productivity
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on sales initiatives and promotions
• Identify performance gaps and implement training, coaching, or improvement plans
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and updates for management
