Job summary

Venus Assets Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Leasing Assistant Manager to support day-to-day leasing operations for Four Seasons Place mall. You will help implement leasing strategies, coordinate tenant onboarding, and maintain relationships with premium brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in retail leasing or property management.
• Familiarity with lease terms and financial modelling.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Leasing support: source and secure tenants, conduct site tours, assist with LOOs and renewals.
• Tenant coordination: be main contact during onboarding, coordinate with legal/ops, track dates.
• Market research: study retail trends, prepare occupancy analyses and listings.
• Relationship management: build ties with retailers, brokers, and industry professionals.
• Administrative & reporting: monthly leasing reports, CRM data upkeep, budgeting support.
