Job summary

i-City in Shah Alam seeks a dynamic Leasing & Events professional to oversee marketing, leasing, and retail space management. You will identify tenants, negotiate, monitor occupancy, and coordinate event planning with relevant teams to ensure follow-up actions are taken.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Property Development/ Real Estate Management, or a related field, fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, and at least 3 years of experience with property developers

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Property Development/ Real Estate Management or related field.
• 3+ years work experience, preferably with property developers or real estate agencies.
• Experience leasing commercial office and/or retail space.
• Familiar with tenancy agreements and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential tenants and initiate negotiations to maintain occupancy rates.
• Conduct market research on rental rates, occupancy costs and competition.
• Provide guidance to tenants on tenancy and fit-out procedures.
