Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing or Real Estate.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
• At least 3 years in property leasing or related field.
• Experience with tenancy documents and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential tenants and negotiate leases.
• Maintain occupancy and analyze market rental rates.
• Guide tenants on tenancy and fit-out procedures.
• Coordinate event planning meetings across teams.
