Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of Leasing & Marketing/Leasing Administrative experience in a shopping centre.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in retail operations or shopping centre management.
• Ambitious to grow the Meeting Place in Ikano Centres.
• Pro-active, multitasking and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work with tenants and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the key contact with tenants to build long-term relationships.
• Handle commercial topics: sales performance evaluation and support.
• Coordinate trainings programs for tenants to raise service levels.
• Organize tenant engagement events and meetings.
• Assist in issuing tenant communications and circulars.
• Support in budget and lease planning activities.
• Monitor tenancy/licence expiry and renewals.
• Coordinate with CMO, Leasing and Tenant Management for training and partnerships.
• Attend commercial projects, meetings and presentations.
• Duty Manager on weekends and public holidays.
