Job summary

eco-shop invites graduates to join the Retail Management Trainee program in Nibong Tebal. You will rotate across cashiering, stock management and product knowledge, while gaining store management and admin skills through on-the-job training and mentorship from senior leaders.

Successful completion of 6 months leads to permanent staff status and promotion to Assistant Manager, with opportunities for fast-track progression and incentives.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in any field; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Language: Proficient in English and Malay (spoken and written).
• Technical: Basic computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
