Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad (Retail) is seeking energetic graduates for its Retail Management Trainee Program. You will rotate through Cashiering, Stock Management and Product knowledge, while learning Store Management, Supervision and Admin skills.

The program includes on-the-job training and mentorship from senior leaders, with a potential conversion to Permanent Staff and promotion to Assistant Manager after six months.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Language: Proficient in English and Malay (spoken and written).
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Availability: Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities
