eco-shop invites graduates to join the Retail Management Trainee program in Nibong Tebal. You will rotate across cashiering, stock management and product knowledge, while gaining store management and admin skills through on-the-job training and mentorship from senior leaders.

Qualifications

Retail Management Trainee (Nibong Tebal)

Are you a fresh graduate looking to kickstart your career in leadership? We are looking for high-energy, proactive individuals to join our Retail Management Trainee Program.

Comprehensive Job Rotations: Gain expertise in Cashiering, Stock Management, and Product Knowledge.

Operational Excellence: Learn the ins and outs of Store Management, Supervision, and Essential Admin skills.

On-the-Job Training: Real-world experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Mentorship: Receive professional guidance and coaching from senior leadership to accelerate your career development.

Upon successful completion of the 6-month training period, you will be converted to a Permanent Staff and promoted to Assistant Manager.

Requirements:

Education: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).

Language: Proficient in English and Malay (both spoken and written).

Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.

Availability: Must be willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
