Job summary

Dyson Global IT is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology. You will dissect processes, capture requirements, and shape software solutions across our CRM and ecommerce platforms.

Engagement with stakeholders, running interviews and workshops, and producing clear process maps will be central. You’ll support training and post-go-live adoption while promoting continuous improvement in agile teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven BA experience in eCommerce or CRM domain.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and SAP Hybris is advantageous.
• Experience applying Waterfall, Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and process analysis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analysis activities with clearly defined outcomes and validated requirements.
• Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather and document needs.
• Break down complex problems into Epics, User Stories and Business Requirements.
• Develop process maps and models to enhance clarity and efficiency.
• Support the full project lifecycle with development, testing and change needs.
• Act as an internal consultant and engage with the BA community.
