Job summary

Ninja Van is seeking an Assistant Manager, Retail to drive commercial growth across the company’s retail logistics network in Malaysia. You will oversee retail revenue, customer acquisition, network expansion, and partnerships, working with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to optimize store productivity and profitability.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma, has 2+ years in retail, is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin a plus), leads teams effectively, and thrives

Qualifications

• Diploma with relevant industry experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in retail stores.
• Professional fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proven success in being a team leader.
• Hands-on work experience with a proven track record in reaching and exceeding goals.
• Strategic thinker with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; solve complex problems, and develop creative solutions.
• Effective verbal communication, with the ability to serve a wide range of customers.
• Own transportation required.
