Job summary

Ninja Van in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Account Manager with 1+ year in sales, business development, or customer success to own and manage rapport with existing clients from onboarding through ongoing support.

You will coordinate with internal teams, drive retention and growth, prepare presentations for clients, and assist in contract negotiations, while delivering top-tier customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer success or operations.
• Experience in 3PL logistics business, particularly fulfilment and warehousing.
• Track record delivering service that meets shipper/platform expectations.
• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Strategic, innovative, and creative with strong business acumen.
• Enjoys fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Able to multi-task and delegate effectively.
• Experience in logistics/ ecommerce or B2B operations.
• Strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (reading, writing, speaking).
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for overseas clients.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage rapport with existing clients from onboarding, training, and build trust towards Fulfilment service.
• Manage day-to-day operations and respond to change requests from assigned accounts.
• Main customer support for existing operational and system enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings.
• Maintain customer success metrics, documentation and data.
• Prepare, draft and review presentations with customers.
• Work on contract negotiation and engagements between clients and legal team.
• Handle inquiries and perform related duties including ad hoc and fulfilment tasks.
• Provide technical fulfilment expertise for incoming, onboarding and existing customers.
• Create customer retention using value proposition and continuous improvement.
