Job summary

Rakanda is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee employee activity, coordinate shipping and receiving, and resolve day-to-day issues while assisting customers. You will ensure FIFO, monitor sales trends, and maintain pricing and displays to company standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1–3 years in retail or F&B, and strong communication and organizational skills. This full-time role offers benefits and room for growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent is required.
• Age between 22-30 years.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or F&B, senior staff or team leader is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employee activity and coordinate shipping and receiving.
• Solve problems at a day-to-day level and assist customers.
• Operate goods management within one department following company procedures.
• Ensure FIFO when stacking goods.
• Report sales and customer purchase trends to purchasing.
• Ensure pricing and display comply with company standards.
• Maintain department cleanliness and store appearance.
• Promote staff professionalism in retail operations.
• Assist in training for new and existing staff; deputize in absence of Outlet Manager.
