myNews is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead retail fit-out projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. The role involves planning, cost management, contractor oversight, and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years experience in retail fit‑out or commercial construction.
• Experience managing multi‑outlet rollouts preferred.
• Strong understanding of BQ, cost estimation, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end store fit‑out projects including planning and execution.
• Prepare and review project CAPEX budgets while monitoring costs.
• Source and evaluate contractors and suppliers for projects.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety and regulatory requirements.
• Develop fit‑out specifications to maintain brand consistency.
