Private Advertiser is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end retail showroom development, including design, tender, construction, fit-out, and handover. Qualifications

• Degree/ diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Building, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in retail/commercial fit-out project management, with proven hands-on experience managing contractors, timelines, budgets and handover.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end showroom development, from feasibility to handover.
• Develop master project schedules covering design, tender, approvals, construction, fit-out and handover.
• Establish milestones and ensure contractors meet deadlines.
• Monitor and recover delays; provide weekly status updates and risks.
• Assess locations from technical and construction perspectives and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with architect, M&E, contractors, suppliers and authorities.
