Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Field Trainer for the Southern region (Central/Johor) to elevate sales performance through coaching, onboarding and tailored training programs.

You will design gamified courses, mentor Store and District Managers, and ensure teams stay updated on products, policies and market trends.

This role requires hands-on coaching, strong presentation skills and experience in retail training to drive financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Work experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.
• Excellent presentation and coaching skills.
• Familiar with e-learning platforms and role-playing activities

Responsibilities

• Understand goals and identify gaps in performance, productivity and quality at individual and team level.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, coaching and feedback for Store Manager and Sales Associate to boost sales.
• Onboard new District Manager, Store Manager and Sales Associate; lead training activities and resolve retail operation issues.
• Develop training programs and courses using gamification, role-play and simulations.
• Structure training plans to meet financial objectives.
• Evaluate individual performance before and after training.
• Stay updated on market trends and retail sales demands.
• Keep up-to-date on products, services, procedures and policies.
