Zohorecruit is seeking an Area Manager for the Central/Southern/Northern region, based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will supervise retail store operations, align with the Retail Operations Manager on goals, and ensure consistency in marketing strategies across stores.

You will lead regional teams, monitor KPIs like sales targets, revenue projections, and store performance, and drive growth while delivering excellent customer experiences.

• Act as liaison between headquarters and area branches via regular visits.

• Set regional goals for sales estimates and revenue projections (KPI: Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, Conversion).
• Ensure marketing consistency across each store.
• Coordinate with reports and advise senior management to grow market share and customer experience.
• Ensure each store delivers value and quality to clients.
• Apply innovative approaches to stay competitive.
