Job summary

Club21 is seeking a proactive Project Executive (Facilities Management) to independently oversee the facilities operations of our retail stores. You will manage maintenance, vendors, and budgets while coordinating store openings, renovations, and closures to ensure safety, efficiency, and high standards.

The role requires hands‑on experience in retail fit‑outs, strong project management skills, and the ability to liaise with store managers, mall management, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in warehouse/ office/ real estate environments with construction project management, space planning and facilities management experience.
• Hands‑on experience managing retail fit‑out and fitting projects with successful delivery track record.
• Solid grasp of retail design, fit‑out processes, and fitting operations.
• Stellar organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day‑to‑day facilities operations across all retail stores.
• Plan and oversee store openings, renovations, relocations, and closures, ensuring on‑time completion and standard compliance.
• Manage maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance to keep stores safe and functional.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contractors and service providers within budget and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and monitor monthly facilities reports and operating expenses.
• Collaborate with Finance to monitor facilities budgets and capex.
• Identify cost‑saving initiatives while maintaining service quality.
• Build relationships with Store Managers, mall management, landlords, and contractors.
• Coordinate emergencies and after‑hours support for urgent maintenance and events.
