Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences and expert product education. You will engage with guests, explain product benefits, and drive community initiatives that connect with local programs and events.

As part of the store team, you will collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, maintain the store environment, and support omnichannel efforts while upholding lululemon's standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the jurisdiction of the store.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests.
• Willing to work as part of a team and complete some work independently.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent or above.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs per standards.
• Maintain on-floor coverage to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive feedback and partner with leadership to address guest concerns.
• Inform guests about local community programs and initiatives.
