Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our Kulai store. You will share product knowledge, assist guests with purchases, and uphold our community-oriented culture while maintaining a premium store environment.

You will also support team operations, restock, handle transactions, and participate in local community initiatives, with a focus on inclusive service and collaboration. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Guest experience oriented, strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and communicate product features clearly.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including weekends.
• Team player who collaborates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests' time.
• Provide technical product education and assist with purchases and returns.
• Maintain a seamless guest experience through accurate transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Restock and present products according to store standards.
• Collaborate with team to support store operations and guest needs.
